I am an experienced charity professional specialising in social mobility, with over a decade of experience working with young people to overcome barriers to fulfil their potential, and employers to promote more equitable and inclusive work places. I bring leadership, programme management and national expansion expertise to the board. I have experience in both grant making and grant applying, and am currently an applications manager and trustee on another board supporting adult learners in the North East. Whilst talent is everywhere, opportunity is not and I am passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential and dreams across sport and performance. Born, raised, and still living in South Tyneside I am keen to support talent on both a regional and national level.
